Credit for Teacher Assistant/Technician Experience of Less Than a Full School Year

An Educational Support Personnel employee placed in one of the aide/technician employee categories of position who during any school year was employed as an aide/technician for less than the full school year shall be entitled to credit for a full year of aide/technician experience for that school year, providing he/she meets the following criteria:

1. Employment was in one of the aide/technician categories of position;
2. Employment was for a minimum of six hours per day for more than one hundred (100) days of the school year; and
3. Initial full time employment in the category at the Technology Center of DuPage or DAOES commenced after

August 29, 1983.
