Program Description

1 or 2 Year Program


The Welding Technology program prepares students for careers in construction, manufacturing, automotive repair, plumbing, and metal fabrication. Students gain hands-on experience in an American Welding Society (AWS)-aligned lab, developing skills in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, fabrication, blueprint reading, and workplace safety. Graduates are prepared for careers in structural welding, pipefitting, ironworking, automotive welding, and other skilled trades, or for continued education in welding and fabrication.
