Mr. Fumagalli is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience and a deep commitment to career and technical education (CTE), instructional leadership, and workforce readiness. As Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning in Glenbard Township High School District 87, he has led initiatives to expand CTE programming in fields such as Horticulture, Manufacturing, Entrepreneurship, and Education. His work includes developing dual credit pathways with the College of DuPage, increasing access to internships and industry experiences, and forging strong community partnerships. With a background in science education and school leadership, Mr. Fumagalli brings a student-centered and equity-driven approach to his role. He is well-positioned to lead DAOES with vision and a strong focus on growing impactful opportunities for students and the broader community.
Dr. Gerrie Aulisa is a dedicated educational leader with nearly two decades of experience, rooted in Career and Technical Education (CTE). She began her career at Addison Trail High School, teaching a wide range of CTE, Art, and Business courses. Over the past 12 years, she has served in administrative roles in Salt Creek District 48, most recently as Principal of Albright Middle School and the District’s Director of Technology. Dr. Aulisa is deeply committed to connecting students with opportunities that help them build meaningful futures. Her return to CTE leadership reflects her long-standing passion for hands-on, purpose-driven education and her strong ties to the TCD community.
