TCD Announces New Principal for School Year 2026-27

We are pleased to announce that Kyle Molik has been approved as the next Principal of Technology Center of
DuPage.

Kyle currently serves as the Associate Principal for Operations at Dundee-Crown High School in Community Unit School District 300, where he has taken on significant leadership responsibility across both instructional and operational areas. Prior to this role, Kyle served as an Assistant Principal at Marquardt Middle School in Marquardt School District 15.

Kyle brings a strong and balanced skill set to the principalship and is deeply passionate about the work we do for students at TCD. He understands how systems, structures, and instructional practice must work together to
effectively support both students and staff. Kyle began his career in education as a teacher of history and psychology and has since developed extensive operational expertise, including master scheduling, facility planning, MTSS implementation, and professional learning community development. Much of this work has involved close collaboration with Career and Technical Education (CTE) departments at Dundee-Crown.

Throughout the selection process, Kyle consistently demonstrated sound judgment, a deep commitment to CTE programming, and a collaborative leadership style. He places a strong emphasis on equity and maintains a steady focus on what matters most - ensuring students are prepared for success beyond high school. Kyle is thoughtful, strategic, and committed to building strong teams and clear systems that allow schools to function at a high level.

We are confident that Kyle will serve the TCD community well and are excited about the leadership he will bring to this role.
